She’s managed and improved the industry’s largest sales marketing platforms - imagine getting a $5M budget to build high performance systems. She’s known as the industry expert in developing high performance sales cultures and rep experience through building systems, teams, and departments that scale. While her experience is mainly in sales performance, recruiting & onboarding, and executive leadership, she’s consulted hundreds of D2D business owners on taking their company to the next level based on whatever their specific firm needs. Alex’s passion is helping women find their stride in the direct sales industry through community and personalized training.
